Pillow Tip:
Pillows choice is very subjective. And, the firmness of the pillow and how
it feels may depend upon the pillow case. Stuff a soft queensize pillow into a smaller
pillow case and suddenly you have a very firm pillow. In general, if you sleep on your
side you might wish to get a firm pillow because you want to keep your neck straight. If you
find you are bunching up your current pillow, consider a firmer pillow on your next purchase.
If you sleep on your back, a medium pillow works well because you want some support, but don't want
your head propped up to much. If you sleep on your stomach, consider a soft to medium pillow, again because
you don't want your head held up a an angle too sharp for the neck and spine.
